My friend twisted his ankle about four months ago, had major swelling and did not follow the RICE method immediately after but walked on it further aggravating it.
Now the swelling is gone but leg right above the ankle is black. And now he claims that it itchy. And on top of that he is diabetic. Though he did not have an open wound at the time, is the turning black of his leg gangrene?
