For the past 2 years I have suffered with extreme pain and burning on the balls of both my feet and toes. Almost 3 years ago I had surgery on both feet to remove bunions and the joints of my big toes were replaced. I have been to four different podiatrists,have had x-rays and an ultra sound of my feet. Nothing shows up except for a sign of some minor joint degeneration in the smaller toes of my right foot. When examined I show no signs of neuromas. I am also on my 3rd pair of orthotics but nothing seems to help.The doctors only want to give me pain medications. They only give me temporary relief and don't have any effect if I have to be on my feet for any length of time. Can you please advise me as to where I should go for answers. |
