Presuming that NAVADMIN 142/11 follows previous Early Discharge programs, the instruction for Block 24 (Character of Service) is that it will be either an Honorable Discharge, or a General (Under Honorable Conditions), as applicable, IAW BUPERSINST 1900.8C - Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty(DD 214).
