Fellow counselors I am back with a question about where I can send my guys to take the ASTB and or the OAR exam in preparation for the upcoming STA-21 season. If anyone has a point of contact here in the Hampton Roads area that would be greatly appreciated. The last thing I heard was the NRD up in Richmond and hopefully there is something closer.
