I have an AC1 who is being forced converted out of the AC rating. He tried to convert IT and was turned down due to manning levels. Am I running into a case of "Pick another and try again" and keep going in circles, or is there some definitive source I can go to to tell this member these are the rates that are accepting forced converts. He is a Zone C Sailor who is not PTS eligible because his EAOS is before February 2010. |
