First time dealing with Enlisted Supervisor Retention Pay.
E-6 at 11 years wants to reenlist NOV 6th 2009 for 72 months at a 7.5 multiple.
Hard EAOS is 110428 with an inoperative 30 month extension. Does the 24 month day-for-day SRB rule apply to ESRP?
If so the 17 months plus 6 months will count against his bonus. ~ 93k.
If not, only the 17 months will. ~ 104k Cap.
I haven't been able to get a clear cut answer yet. Thanks for any help. |
