I recently decided to cross rate from HM to IT but there's no career counselor available jet at this command. Can somebody please let me know the procedure I need to follow, the forms I need to fill, so I can get a head start in the process (the CREO says IT is manned up to level 2, but I still want to give it my best shot). My time is a little tight, and I know these things take a while, your help would be greatly appreciated.
