I'm filling in as CCC. I have a fellow first that went to "C" School on the command dime and now wants to transfer to another ship. I have the detailer's blessing but the command thinks he's obligated to stay. He is 1 of 4 Firsts with the same Rate and NEC. Help me get him out of here to save his career. |
