I am being told that I have fallen through the cracks. I have failed four PFAs in the last 3 years due to exceeding BCA standards. Because I am a nuke, my command did not ADSEP me, instead they put in waivers for me. I have recently submitted for and was denied re-enlistment. I was told I would be getting separation pay by the personnel office of my command. I am currently in TPU San Diego being outprocessed and they have told me I am not getting separation pay because I was not being ADSEP. Do I qualify for Separation Pay? And if I do, what should be my next course of action?
I would appreciate any help.
