I’ve never bought anything from the CMP, but reviewing their info, to purchase, one must show proof of club membership (Holmesburg is listed as an approved club), and, provide some sort of certification of involvement in marksmanship related activities. I have my membership card for the one, is there someone who could handle the certification form? It says, “ Certification from range or club official or law enforcement officer witnessing shooting activity. Complete the CMP Marksmanship Form to certify your range firing and the required marksmanship related activity for an individual to purchase from the CMP.”
Does NRA first steps course or something like that count as a marksmanship course? I know that’s taught regularly…
