Barbara E. Sullivan of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Nazareth Hospital. She was 71 years old. Barbara was born May 20, 1952 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Earl W. Trusdell and the late Beatrice Trusdell (nee - Hoffman). She is the beloved wife of 26 years of Eugene J. Sullivan IV and wife of late David J. Sander; mother of Stephanie Sander and Benjamin Sander and his wife Jessica; grandmother of Brody and Vada; sister of Earl “Sparkie” Trusdell and his wife Donna. Aunt of Jennifer, Dawn, Ashley, and Stephen.
Barbara was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia. She was a graduate of Frankford High School. Barbara was a co-founder and owner of RB’s Chocolate Revenge. She was a member of the Greater Wildwood Elks Lodge #1896. Barbara loved her pet cats and would always make a home for a stray if needed.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. and funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046. interment will be private.
Religious services will be conducted by Rev. Paul A. Andell from St. James Lutheran Church, 5185 Castor Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19124.
