 Subject: Marcrest crazing

I have a very neat Marcrest Covered Casserole with Warming Stand. It is in great condition except for some very light and very uniform crazing on all three pieces. Was this ever done intentionally by the maker? The crazing is so light that if I wanted I would not hesitate to serve food in it.
