Regarding the Title, yes, the title of the page. The SE's use titles to find and list your website, just like they crawl the text in your content.
Having Home Inventory and your city, state helps in the rankings and helps people easily find your site when they do a search for a home inventory person in your area.
Like you, I'm not sure about a mudslide that is caused by an earthquake. Let me know if you find out anything.
