Hi Shonda,
The URL is the address of your website. My URL is http://weicor.com. There are several things you must do in order to place a website on line.
First, you have to register the URL in one of the many registration sites available. This can be as low as a few dollars a year, up to $20 or more per year. Your web site can not exist without a registered URL. If you haven’t already registered, let me know and I can assist you with it.
Second, you have to have a place to put your web site data files where people can view your site. In other words, a web host. I also provide a web hosting service. Once you have a web host set up, the “Name Servers” where you registered your site must be updated to reflect the proper IP address of where your files reside. This is what allows surfers to go to your site.
Third, you have to have the HTML data files uploaded to your web host server which will make them available to viewers.
Please tell me exactly what you are trying to do. I only use Google and Yahoo as search engines.
I hope this helps, but I do need more information in order to assist further.

JD,
Can you please explaine how the URL works and how to set it up on Google and Yahoo? I have been trying to do it myself by putting in add_url but I can not figure out what I am doing wrong.
