I don't like to coil thing either. Pages slip out and become messy. I perfer the binder because I include 4x6 photos with my presentation in addition to the reports. If you do use the coils, you can get cardboard type covers that you can use with the hole punch machine to give it that custom look but from my personal experience the binder looks the best.

As to keeping the binder in the safety deposit box, that is what an extra copy of the cd/dvd can do for the client.
I like to give the client the extra cd/dvd so that they can keep the report handy to make notes of changes and updates as time goes by.
