 Subject: i need to put report in excel formatt

hey theer i am about to do another big inventory with an appraiser and she uses excel! I was trying to figure out how to export it so she can use it for her report and we will not have to re-enter the info!! FRED HELP!!
it gives excel option and I do not know what it has to be like or what!!!application???
