Hello I dont know if this help but i plan on using propay it is an intependent third party processor you can use with your offline business and the price is worth it. for 59$ a year. also paypal have a new merchant solution you can also use for offline order processing. i currently use pay pal now but it takes for ever to get my money. so i will be going with propay and call in my offline orders.
