I am trying to locate any information on the birth parents or siblings of my father. DOB 12-9-1934. He was adopted at 16-18 months of age by Johnny and Flora May. His birth parents were not married when he was put up for adoption. Mothers name may have been either Vivian Adele Ogletree or Adele Vivian Ogletree. Her father worked for the Weirton Steel Corporation. I will add specifics as I get them. I think either the adoption or birth occurred in Parkersburg, West Virginia. My father believes that the records were burned in a fire. Any information on the family name would be greatly appreciated. |
