My mother, Dorka Andrea Garcia (DOB: 11/10/58) was adopted at 6 months old in Venezuela. She was given the name Sheila Rene Krebsbach. She was baptised in Venezuela in a church called La Santa Cruz de La Puerto La Cruz and adopted in the same city.

We have adoption paperwork from Venezuela which includes, petition for adoption, reference letter for adoptive parents, final adoption decree, baptism certificate, and citizenship papers.
