Looking for a half-sibling born in 1961, most likely at Sibley Hospital in Washington, DC. The doctor who handled things was William Robert Perkins. I understand the child was a boy and may have been born in the summer months. The child would be caucasian and the birth mother lived in Hyattsville, Maryland.
