Several of you have written to ask about the Owners Update and the Sales Pitch. When we were in Neuvo Vallerta, we dealt with Gerardo Haro. He said that he was with Corporate and I think that he said he does not work on a sales commission. We thought that he was very informative, knowledgeable, honest, and NOT PUSHY!!! We believe that he explained our contract very well and helped us better understand what we own and how to use it. Granted there are always things that we miss, but to date, we have never had a problem with Grupo Mayan, our reservation, location of the unit, maintenence fee, etc. Our general communications from home to Customer Service people, conceirges, property staff, etc.is always answered and the people that we talk with are very polite and helpful. We pray that it stays this way for us. I would certainly recommend that anyone going on a tour--update--whatever--at Neuvo Vallerta should ask for Gerardo Haro. He was excellant. Hopefully, this may help someone. |
