As a measure of how your Engine is handeling the day to day exertions , measure and log your resting heart rate before you get out of " bed /bag ' in the morning

log 3 days use as base line

as you get fitter and stronger the number should drop

if it jumps up you know you have not recovered from the previous days efforts or you are getting sick

Trikes took over Weston this AM, and two new Expoditions are being bought !
