Cannot figure out how to remove the plastic top shroud from my Husky H1820F. It appears the tie rods? (per parts list) require some type of special tool? Have removed all other screws. Also, just to confirm, the tank builds pressure just fine but i get no delivery pressure. Is this most likely the regulator gone bad? Please help
