If you pull an old toilet and need to tip the cart forward say onto a rubber pad is it stable, to allow cleaning of the bottom of the toilet. Will it support with the wheels to keep it from tipping over sideways and the china against the rubber pad on the floor? We normally lay them on there side doing without cart.
