I have a raised knot on the top of my left foot and it causes me severe pain. It's not an ache, but jabbing pains. It's more servere when walking, but hurts constantly. My podiatrist diagnosed it as arthritis and gave me a cortizone shot which helped for a couple of months but the pain is back. Is there anything that can be done to get rid of the pain.
