PSD or your personnel department usually takes care of separation pay. They have all the forms. There is a formula they use to determin how much they get (if eligible).
As for a TAP class POC. It's robin.wartes@navy.mil (360) 315-3631. She does the Northwest region scheduleing.
You can also go to https://www.nffsp.org/skins/nffsp/home.aspx and you will be able to look up all the TAP class POC and schedules.
