We groomed tonight from the Route 2 tube to CA111 on LVRT, the 2 trail, 51 to Ramsey, 51C, 15A, 234, 154, 153. The trails are the best they have been this year so far. It is a clear moonlit night and the temps are dropping. The 4-5 inches of fresh snow groomed well with the moisture it has - it packed well. If the temps get as cold as they are predicting -- 20 below for this weekend -- this snow should set up like concrete. The railbed from the town garage east is definitely better than it was ---please ride it easy and it will last for a little while -- I hope. |
