This is an earlier than usual notice for trailwork.
On Saturday 11/5/11 we will meet at Marty's Store and work behind Marty's decking a new 32ft bridge that will be built to replace a culvert that continually washes out. This section of trail is shared with the local ATV club and we are doing this as a joint effort between the 2 local clubs. If you can make it -- great -- it should be fun. I expect it will take most of the day.
As for other trail work -- other work has been done on Skyline and Bushy Swamp. The Pumpkin Hill Trestle has been decked. At this writing other trailwork is scheduled to be done this week and going forward with excavators and will continue to be done probably until snow flies.
Danville S-Ski-Mo Trails will be open for riding for the 2012 season.
