I am trying to find my fathers birth mothern whos name is Faye Hite, she was around the age of 15 when she gave birth to my father in August 3rd 1956. My fathers original name was Ollie Hite but was change a week later to Jack Polcyn. Please Please Please if anyone knows of this adoption please contact me via e-mail with information of any kind.
