I am almost 6 weeks pregnant with an unviable pregnancy. The problem is, my HCG never rose above 250, so hard to determine if it is uterine or eptopic. I am trying to avoid Methotrexate. I am over 40. Do some people opt for D&C or Cytotec to see if numbers go down after and then if not, take the Methotrexate? If they do go down, then it was assumed it was uterine.
