hello! I am writing because 5 years ago I was in your
Position. At the age of 24 I was told that we had to do IVFIVF to conceive. After 5 long IVF cycles we finally did conceive but I remember how painful it was. During my cycles I tried everything from acupuncture to the infertility diet and started yoga. I really believe that the yoga helped me have success in my cycles. I recently got my yoga certification and I am thinking if starting a yoga for fertility class. I would like to help people and give back in some way. It also provides the opportunity for an informal support group. I am thinking of holding it at Nirvana Wellness center in Montville on Tuesday nights. It would be 20.00 per class and a way to connect the mind and the body, allow blood flow to the uterus and minimize stress levels. Please let me know if anyone would be interested in this.
