One of my rose bushes has a bad case of black spot. I've been battling it for almost two months--removing the yellow leaves and trimming stems, applying Bayer a few times and also spraying the leaves with vinegar and water, but the black spot continues to spread. I must be doing something wrong, or doing the wrong something. Please advise.
