Hello,
The skin on the bottom of my foot, behind the toes and on the heel looks sponge-like and is sore. Also between my toes is itchy. I thought it was athletes foot at first but it is not scaly or red. This problem first appeared when I was spending some time on farms in Mexico, but it has reappeared a few months after I returned to the US.
It is really nasty looking, it looks like the skin is sort of rotting off or something, it looks like the surface of a pumice stone.
Any idea what is going on?
