Arch pain, and in fact most pains anywhere, could be caused by far too many situations to make even a meaningful guess without benefit of both a detailed history, and, of most importance, a hands-on physical examination. Assuming that you have been seeing reasonable competent doctors over the last 7 years, it is really an unreasonable expectation to consider that your problem could be solved or even diagnosed by someone without benefit of any of the tools necessary for diagnosis. That is why forums such as this are inappropriate venues for obtaining diagnoses, and are much better suited to general discussions of foot conditions, known diagnoses and their treatment alternatives, rather than specific and individual cases. The last thing you need now is a list of possibilities based on nothing but guesses. |
