networking and doing some seminars work the best! That local radio idea would be cool!! You really have to express the improtance of the inventory so our flyers(i would do 1/3 a sheet cost less still looks good) did not work for us!! But we are still doing them to the info out there!! The network groups are a good source!
We got our business from the insurance agents! and a personal property appraiser!! It is alot of work but really fun! You will get lots of great feed back!!
Door to door and press releases are good too!
