I've looked thru the posts and I'm not sure if this has been addressed, but I have very sore spot on the top of my arch. When I tie my walking shoes or wear any shoe that covers that portion of my foot it hurts. I end up loosening my laces to where it feels like the shoe may fall off, and take off the other shoes because of the pain. It used to be occasional pain, but it's gotten to where I only choose shoes that don't touch that part of my foot or pray for warmer weather so I can get back to my sandals. Any ideas? |
