I'm an avid runner and thinking that I may have hurt my foot running. The discomfort is on the top of my foot (about 3 inches down from big toe)and find that it gets irritated when I run longer than 30 minutes. I've tried loosening my shoes but that didn't change anything. I noticed today walking around the house that I can trigger it by walking on the ball of my foot. It does not hurt to push down on my foot though. Any thoughts?--Dana |
