I think I had a third degree ankle sprain- I have been unable to move my toe fingers,side to side motion,bend the foot,intolerable pain,swellingness(affected foot double to size of the normal one)bruising on each side of my foot,numbness in toes,tightness-pressure. I have a full cast right now, and have had this injury now for almost one month and still have to use the help of crutches.X-rays don't reflect any fracture, but I wonder why it has taken so long to recover? what causes all the swelling,etc...please give me feedback |
