It could be one of a couple of common problems. One would be the very common Morton's neuroma and the other the equally common soft corn. Of course, these have just been selected merely because of their high statistical occurrence, and neither is not necessarily that from which you are suffering. Accordingly it would be inappropriate to go into any detail as to what course of treatment might be appropriate, as the suppositions on which they are based may be very wrong. Nothing replaces a quality hands-on examination, and you would be foolish to delay in receiving such an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment for something that is making you CRAZY!!! See a good podiatrist.
