ok I've now seen the podiatrist, it is a Mortons Neuroma, in its early stages. He says it can be fixed but I need to spend almost 600$ on inserts for my shoes. Does this number sound right? What if I just wear loose fitting shoes, will it heal itself? I just don't have that kind of money! I was thinking a few hundred dollars at the most. I know exactly which pair of shoes triggered this, also. Any other ideas on how to get it to heal?
