I have had 4th metatarsal pain for the past month.
I tried corn patches and got a little relief, but now it is not going away.
I actually does not look like a corn. It is a red spot the size of a rectangle on the right side of the toe.
I assume this is from tight shoes and my little toe being pushed into it.
Advise?
