Hello-
For awhile i have had this sensation in the bottom of my foot in my arch that "pops" when i walk. it literally feels like there is a rock inside my foot that tries to get out when i walk. its the worst feeling, not in terms of pain, but its just gross and makes my skin crawl. it really doesnt hurt at all. I have also experienced more recently heel pain on the same foot. I dont know if these are related in anyway and I dont know if this is serious or if i can just get some inserts. I dont wear high heels often, i usually wear flats all day at work. whats wrong with my poor foot??
