Wow. the Augaboard re-visited!Is Tom "Up to speed?" Does Bing remember coming to my folks house at 8th st.Manhattan Bch. to talk about possibly producing Augaboards? While I respect his patience and willingness to give us a chance,I think he might be "slipping a cog." Does Bing remember bringing over some of the flower printed fiberglass cloth that we used to glass one of the Augas? Does Bing even know what "Auga" means? I think not. I do! Steve,Craig and I made and surfed on OUR Augaboards, showing the surf community, from the late 60s until now, from Trestles to Lahaina breakwall.to Ala Moana(ask Gerry Lopez) what "Finnless surfing" was,and still could be, all about! We are the only reason that anyone even knows what an "Augaboard" is! Still no mention of Dan Bendicksen. Shame on you Bing.
