I think that the Bliss and The Grand Bliss are apartments or units within a building, not the buildings themselves. The Bliss units were to be upgrades from the Mayan Palace units, and the Grand Bliss were to be upgrades from the Grand Mayan.
I don't think the Bliss exists anymore and I don't think they are selling them, but I may be wrong. I have also heard that they are no longer selling the Grand Mayans.
