Hi Linda,
I have had some of the same problems and I bought some orthotics from the Good Feet Store here in Dallas. They have made all the difference. Ladies tend to wear pointed shoes that croud the feet in un-natural positions. Try to wear shoes that are a proper fit and don't contort the toes.
