Questions such as your simply cannot be reliably answered in a forum. You really don't need more blind guesses, and it appears, if your story is accurately told, that that is exactly what you have been getting. Accurate diagnosis requires a combination of a good history, an accurate description of symptoms by the patient and a through and knowledgeable hands on examination and lab tests if needed.
The primary requisite to effective treatment is an accurate diagnosis. But the prerequisite to any of that is the proper selection of a good doctor, based on a knowledgeable investigation of his/her training, credentials and standing within the local medical community. As this has been going on for a year already, you should take the time and make the effort to assure that your next doctor is a competent one. If you have a noteworthy teaching facility or medical school in your area, I would recommend your paying them a visit.
But please do not rely on anything that someone who has never had the opportunity to examine you give you the advice, diagnoses and recommendations that those who have had that opportunity could not. |
