Dear all,
I was on the phone and walking past the exercise bike when 2 seeks on the day I hit my 5th digit of my right foot on the leg of the exercise bike.
Yes, it did not hurt it bloody hurt.
I have been to my GP did not strap it, did not want to get any xrays either.
My pain is in the area which joins the proximal and distal phalanx, funny enough the pain radiates as far as the head of my 5th met.
I certainly feel pain when I need to wear shoes for social and work needs.
I am very concerned why after 2weeks the pain has not lifted. What do you think? Is it a break, fracture.
Out of interest how can you tell if it is disclocated. My doctor does not believe it to be the case, but I am not sure if I need physio.
Can somebody please advise me.
