Hello,
My feet are always cold. If I put socks or slippers on to warm them up, they just stay cold... as if the sock is insulating the cold! If I get them warmed up somehow, and then put socks and shoes on - my feet quickly begin to sweat, and then stay cold and wet.
I am trying to figure out the correct fiber I need to wear for socks. Should this help? Does the shoe matter too?
I will often go all day with freezing wet feet and my entire body feels the effect.
Any advice is apprectiated!
