Over a year ago, I wore a new pair of high-heeled shoes that were someewhat uncomfortable. Shortly after, I observed a cyst on the sole of my left foot, right under the arch. It is firm but soft enough that when I try to massage it in, it seems to disappear but quickly reappears again. There is a slight pain only when I press hard on it. It doesn't bother me but I am wondering if it should be a cause for concern. It's been over a year and it's still there. Hope someone can help. Should I see a doctor? |
