Masses ALWAYS require a minimum of hands-on examination and eye-balling to even presumtively diagnosis, and may require biopsy for a definitive diagnosis. As your bottom-line question is asking whether or not you it should be a cause for concern, there is no way that can be answered without a physical examination, and certainly you should see a doctor. The majority of masses common to the foot are benign, but not all of them. Your concern at this point should be for a REAL diagnosis. There are a number of possibility which I might recite, but that might only delay a definitive examination, and thus would be not in your best interest. |
